proline keto

Breast milk versus cow milk In contrast to cow's milk, mother's milk has a much more favorable protein ratio. It contains a much larger proportion of whey proteins, which contain fewer harmful elements. In immature breast milk it is 90% -10% and in ripe breast milk 60% -40%, or half of the loot consists mainly of A2 beta-casein. In other words: breast milk is more suitable for feeding, so that the baby experiences relatively less nuisance. The processing and absorption of breast milk can therefore be easier, so that the child does get enough nutrients for growth. However, if one switches to cow's milk, allergic reactions to A1 beta-casein proteins can occur.
