Popular market Bakara generated $3.44 billion ($425.5 million) in Macau in the three months to Sept. 30, or 62.0% of its total casino gaming revenue (GGR) for the quarter.
The figure was down 32.3 percent on-quarter, according to data released on Monday by the city's casino regulator, Game Inspection and Coordination Bureau. Compared to the same period last year, the mass market baccarat was down 67.4%.
VIP BACARA, which accounted for nearly half of the total Macau GGR in 2019, accounted for 20.8% of the third-quarter GGR, just below Macau's overall MOP 5.55 billion third-quarter GGR of 1.16 billion. It decreased by 41.9% sequentially and decreased by 80.6% from the same period last year-on-year.

The number of live game tables in the Macau market was 5,974 at the end of September, down 32 from the previous quarter. The tally for slot machines as of September 30 was 12,387, down from 12,042 at the end of the second quarter.
