Intuit is apparently closing down Quicken Online (see Nov 2009 news articles, such as http://www.techcrunch.com/2009/1...) and migrating customer data to Mint.com;
so I guess one way would be to move your files into Quicken Online and let them do the rest. I imagine, though, that with the acquisition, you may be able to import directly?
