If you are having Epson printer driver problems, follow the steps given below to resolve it :

You can use the installer CD you received along with the printer to install the printer driver on your computer.
The only downside of using the CD to install the printer driver is that this CD might not be updated or compatible with your computer.
If you install the driver which is outdated, you will have printer driver issues.
Plug one end of the power cord to the wall outlet and the other end to the printer’s rear. Switch on your printer and wait for it to complete the warm-up process.
Do not connect your printer to the computer before installing the driver. If you have already connected your printer to the computer, remove it.
Log in to the official website and search for the driver download section. Key in the model number of your printer on the space provided. Select the OS version of your computer.
If you choose the wrong OS version, you won’t be able to install the printer driver successfully on your computer. So make sure that you choose the correct OS version.
Wait for the printer driver to download. Open the downloaded file and follow the prompted instructions to install the printer driver on your computer.
Select the connection type and connect your printer to the computer.
