During the disassembly process, be careful not to touch the bowl-shaped bearing frame seal ring with the body seal ring. After the spindle is removed, make sure that the seal ring can be properly placed on the bowl-shaped bearing frame again.
4. After the crushing cone is lifted out of the crusher, check all the polished surfaces of the body and the main shaft, and repair all abrasions or nicks and rust or pitting.
5. In order to operate the dismantled broken wall at a suitable height, it is recommended to open a hole with sufficient depth and size on the floor or ground to place the broken cone. This hole should have corresponding drainage measures to avoid water accumulation Place the broken cone in this hole so that the body skirt sits on the floor or the ground.
