You can simply install Webroot and update Webroot items that help you to handle cybersecurity in the best possible way for your PC

Welcome to the Webroot Community. Sorry to hear you're having some issues reinstalling Webroot. 
I couldn't find a subscription in our system using the email address you used to register here on the Community. Perhaps, your subscription is under another email address.
 Regardless, it sounds like there is indeed some remnants of the old Spy Sweeper program, which may be conflicting with the SecureAnywhere install. 
 
Please read this Knowledge Base Article and make sure to create the restore point after running the removal tool. Then, you can try running the
 SecureAnywhere installer again and enter in your keycode when prompted (the install should work as long as you have a valid keycode and active subscription). 
If, however, you are still not able to install SecureAnywhere, I recommend that you submit a support ticket at our support system is 24/7. 
In contrast, no moderators or Webroot employees will be actively monitoring here on the Community until Sunday
 (Social Support hours are Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5: 30 PM MST and Sunday 10:00AM-7: 00 PM) so a support ticket will be the best way to get the issue resolved at that point.

1. Ensure System Requirements:
Confirm that your computer meets the system requirements for installing Webroot Antivirus. Check Webroot's official website or documentation for the specific requirements.
2. Check for Existing Antivirus Software:
Ensure that any previously installed antivirus software is completely uninstalled from your system. Having multiple antivirus programs can cause conflicts.
3. Disable Windows Defender:
Temporarily disable Windows Defender or any other built-in antivirus software on your computer before installing Webroot. This can prevent conflicts during the installation process.
4. Download the Latest Installer:
Visit the official Webroot website and download the latest version of the Webroot Antivirus installer.
5. Run the Installer as Administrator:
Right-click on the Webroot installer file.
Select "Run as administrator" to ensure that the installation process has the necessary permissions.
6. Temporarily Disable Firewall:
Temporarily disable the firewall on your computer before running the Webroot installer. Firewalls can sometimes block the installation process.
