Tricot machine is mainly used at apparel and upholstery fields for the production of stretch and non-stretch fabric, e.g., sportswear, lingerie, tulle, velvet, velour, super plush, automobile interiors etc. Tricot machine electric controlled system makes the operation efficient and accurate. By the application of brushing device which can create the loop on the fabric from the warp knitted terry towel machine.
Tricot machine application of carbon bar can reduce the weight of the material and prevent the deformation of the knitting elements, which finally increase the machine production. Fine gauge up to E32 with the mono yarn 12D make very light and soft tulle. Tricot machine EL device make pattern changing extremely convenient and faster.
We make tricot machine from 2bar to 4bar with wide width range from 42 inch to 290 inch. The concept of our tricot machine is based on easy operation and high efficiency. Touch screen interface can record all the production data and fabric parameter which can be transferred via internet for better production management.
