Have a BMI of 35 or above; have a BMI of 30–35 with an obesity-related disorder such as heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, or severe sleep apnea from bda bariatric surgery. Have a body mass index (BMI) below 40 and a weight less than 450 pounds, the limits imposed by most hospital imaging machines.
