Hydraulic breaker is a type of construction machinery that is
mounted on excavators, backhoes, skid steers, mini-excavators, and stationary
plants. Driven by hydraulic power it breaks rocks into smaller sizes or
demolishes concrete structures into manageable pieces.
According to the difference of the hydraulic breaker structure,
we mainly categorize it as side type breaker (side mounted breaker), top type
breaker (top mounted breaker) and silence type breaker (also called box type or
low noise type).
The silence type hydraulic breaker adopts full-closed housing
design, it can protect the main body from damage. What’s more, the full-closed
box design can reduces noise up to 50%.
In the application, the silence type hydraulic breaker is more
eco-friendly than side type hydraulic breaker and top type hydraulic.

Hydraulic Rock Breaker Types:
Generally,we have 3 types of hydraulic breaker, side type installation rock breakers, top type installation hydraulic rock breaker and silent type rock breaker.Please choose the type you like, we'll try to meet all of your requirements.

What is the difference among side type,box type and top type rock breakers?
For Side type, the installation pins are on the side of the breaker.
For Top type , the installation pins are on the top of the rock breaker.
And for box type, the rock breaker bracket is full sealed like a box,and it equiped with rubber cushion inside of the bracket to keep lower noise. So it is also called silence type rock breaker.The installation pins are also on the top for silent type rock breaker, same as top type installation way on the excavtors. Both side type and top type breakers are with opening bracket, which is easy for maintenance and parts exchanging. But for box type rock breaker, it has to open the box and move out the main body to do maintenance job.
