Description
This Waterbath Formation System is suitable for working with water baths for all types of lead-acid batteries. Its fully automatic water bath is used for proper alignment of the battery compartment and can cool the battery during charging to reduce the labor and charging time required during operation. In addition, it is equipped with a tap water filling and unloading system that provides uniform water temperature and also automatically controls the water level height for different types of batteries.
Features
The Waterbath Formation System has a sensitive operating system that fills the bath to a set level and continuously feeds circulating water into the bath according to the water temperature in the bath to provide stable water bath operation. Also, its water level control can be done using a manual fixture or automatically controlled by a PLC program according to your actual usage requirements. In addition, the machine is equipped with sealing protection technology that allows the bath to expand and contract slightly without damaging the cell seal.

Operationa. Open the door, automatically load the battery on conveyor, start the conveyor to move the battery to proper position, stop the conveyor;
b. Repeat operation a until the tank is full of battery;
c. Close the door, switch on water-inlet valve;
d. Connect the charging cable and start the formation process;
e. After formation, switch on water-outlet valve, start the conveyor to unload the battery.
Performance Featurea. The conveyor is made of acid-resistant and wear-resistant high-strength reinforced plastic;
b. Water level is adjustable, 110-210mm;
c. Each side of tank has 3 nos Auto water-inlet tubes, 4nos overflow tubes, 2nos water-exhausting tubes (manual operation); All water pipelines are made of UPVC material. All pipe joints shall be impermeable. Cooling water will not be sprayed during water flow. Water-inlet and Outlet joint are reserved on tank. The customer should be responsible to connect the outside Water-Inlet & Outlet. (Water inlet joint overall dimension is 40mm; Water Exhaust joint overall dimension is 90mm.
d. Tank water temperature control: Each tank is designed with 1no temperature probe fixed in tank middle. If water temperature is higher than setting to fill the cooling water automatically.
e. All frame are made of SS316L.
f. Venting tube joint: 脴200; Joint quantity should be confirmed within one week after contract signature.
g. Gate Sealing: SS316L+PVC Plate, sealed by acid resistant silica strip and locked by Stainless Steel clasp door lock. The door is turned outward and easy to remove.
h. The monitor plate is made of 5mm transparent plate with acid proof folder. Hatchback mode.
i. All drive shafts and bearings are made of SS316.
j. Control System and PLC: INOVANCE PLC and Variable frequency soft start to ensure the conveyor start smoothly with heavy load.
Each tank is designed with separate control system.
