surface plasmon resonance protein interactionProfacgen provides a comprehensive panel of services for the study of protein-protein interactions, of which the Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR) analysis is commonly used by our customers for the highly accurate and sensitive kinetics and affinity measurement. For SPR analysis, the ligand-of-interest is immobilized on the surface of the biosensor chip, while the analyte is injected to flow through the chip surface.
