The latest expansion for Grinding Gear Games' role-playing game Path of Exile, Atlas of Worlds, will launch on September 2, the developer revealed today.
According to developers, Atlas of Worlds is often a reimagining of Path of Exile's current end game. Using the experience's map generator and crafting system, players can adjust the properties on the maps they generate along with POE Chaos Orb the content they'll find therein. The expansion includes 30 more areas and 19 new bosses, likewise as a refreshed, higher-quality try to find all existing older maps.
These new maps aren't just random areas, either. Grinding Gear Games has added narrative content, wrapping the explanation and purpose behind these new areas into a bigger new story.
Areas offer higher difficulty too. Areas round the outskits with the new map are expected to supply content around level 28, while levels closer towards the middle on the map--plus the final bosses--will include content around level 86.
According to Grinding Gear Games, the studio found which the longer players spent time in the experience, the less variety that they because they were grinding away at the identical small volume of high-level maps. The capability to POE Exalted Orb customize maps and upgrade those to higher levels is meant to alleviate this. The higher the map level, the greater the level from the items you will discover; so if you feel looking for items for minions, you might want to spend some time on upgraded maps within the graveyard area, as that's where you will discover the minion gear.
Grinding Gear also has worked to increase the performance of Path of Exile using this type of patch. According for the developer, the overall game now runs at twice the rate, with quantity frame rate when ever there are many enemies on-screen.
