In the exact same vein, over the years Jagex has managed to wring surprising complexity out of Runescape's fundamental combat system. I managed to sample some of the latest bosses, and even with equipment that is best-in-slot, they were not easy to shoot down. Most supervisors have a timer you can use to race yourself, and my times were abysmal. Coordination is required by swapping attack styles mid-fight, and understanding of boss attack patterns is essential to clean kills. Suffice it to say, merely clicking"Attack" does not cut it at high levels.
