What is the reason the Epson printer is printing even though the ink tank is full or why my  Epson printer won’t print? It could be that your cartridge may be worn out, so the printer will not recognize it. Additionally, printheads can clog as the ink or air blocks the nozzles, and it is possible to clear them with a pin or window cleaner.

Your Epson printer may have failed to recognize the new ink cartridge, or its ink level system has read it as empty. For numerous Epson printer models, there's a way to bypass this built-in ink checking system through a quick cartridge reset. Raise the printer's top cover and then hold the Ink button.
