Used for printing and dyeing processing of leveling agent, diffusion agent, leather, wool degreasing agent, crude oil, fuel oil emulsifier, oil acidification penetration agent, butadiene latex, emulsion polymerization emulsifier, glass fiber textile lubricant, emulsifier, cosmetics for emulsification, washing, penetration, wetting agent.
