Troponin I assayTroponin is a complex of three globular contractile regulatory proteins (troponin T, I, C). They are located in regular intervals in striated muscle filaments and inhibit contraction by preventing the interaction of actin and myosin. Compared to other biomarkers, the isoforms of troponin T and I found in skeletal muscle and cardiac muscle are different, so that they can be used as cardiac-specific biomarkers. Creative BioMart Biomarker is capable to provide our customers with superior troponin I detection service, various detection methods ensuring high sensitivity for detecting biomarkers in different samples with different concentrations.
