You can reset the router by pressing The reset button for a few seconds and then plugging The cords back. The router is now reset and since it is back to its original configuration, you can reset Spectrum router password. Follow the steps
mentioned below.
Steps to change the password:
Open a web browser and type 192.168.1.1 in the search bar to access the settings.
You will be directed to a log in page. Enter the default credentials.
Click on access control and then set the user to admin.
Enter the default and then the new password.
Type it again to confirm and log in through the new password.
