Triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) is a type of breast cancer that lacks the expression of estrogen receptor (ER), progesterone receptor (PR), and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2). Most of the TNBC are basal-like breast cancer, and the gene expression profiling and IHC data are different.
