Epson wireless printer goes offline- How to fix it?

Epson wireless printer keeps going offline may be a sign of overloading issues, or it is due to a poor driver installation, or interruptions in the network due to a lack of connectivity. This is the cause of the Epson error code 0x97 issue.

Verify that your printer is not in Use Printer Offline mode. Select Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners . Then select your printer > Open print queue. Under Printer, make sure Use Printer Offline is not selected.
