The Stellite Alloy 12 band saw blade cuts and cuts the superalloy material, but if it is used improperly, the band saw blade will wear or even break, which will affect the normal use. The requirements of the operation of the stellite alloy band saw blade are as follows:

1. The machine tool sawing machine has good rigidity and certain precision, which can meet the requirements of smooth processing of the Stellite Alloy band saw blade. The size is reasonable, and the machine tool has good cleaning, cooling and saw blade guiding device configuration.

2. The workpiece should be clamped firmly. After clamping, check whether the clamping point is in the middle and upper part of the workpiece to ensure the stability during processing.

3. Running-in of the band saw blade: The new band saw blade must be grounded before normal cutting can be performed to avoid prematurely causing sawtooth damage. After the tooth tip passes the running-in process, it can have normal wear and tear. If it does not pass the running, it will lead to premature failure of the tooth tip. The feed rate during running-in is 20%-30% of the normal feed rate of the belt speed.

4. Selection of tension: excessive tension will cause the saw band to break; insufficient tension will damage the saw band or cause skewing. When using the stellite alloy band saw, the tension must be adjusted to 2200-2500kg. /m2.

5. Cooling and chip rinsing during cutting: When using the stellite alloy band saw to cut the high temperature alloy material, in order to reduce the cutting temperature, reduce the cutting resistance and extend the service life of the band saw, it is necessary to continuously cast the water agent extreme pressure during sawing. The cutting fluid, at the same time, the chips generated by sawing should be cleaned synchronously with an iron brush.

According to the operation requirements of the above-mentioned Stellite Alloy 3 band saw blade, the damage to the band saw blade can be effectively avoided and the loss can be reduced.
