If you are able to complete all of Week 3's fortnite traps challenges, then you'll get a loading screen that includes a group of heroes wrapped round a holographic map. If you look very carefully at the map, you will notice it displays a dim silhouette of a Battle Pass on the staircase, just left of the center of the display.
Zooming into the map shows that the free tier is submerged of Fatal Fields. Go to the marked place and you're going to find a Battle Pass pub, which will reward you one absolutely free rank-up when collected. You can see the icon's exact location on the map above.
