Delivery time:
Usually is 45-50 days for the first order, 40 days for the repeat order.

After Service:
Before loading, we will send product photos to customer for check.
Each product will have the products manual.
1%-2% spare parts will be loaded with container.
Warranty period is one year for the whole utensil (from the day you purchased, judging on the date showed in the purchasing invoice). Please contact our maintenance centre when you need necessary consultation or repair the appliance. In case of the expiry of warranty period, (we will not be responsible for the improper usage of damage caused by delivery.)
