From biscuits to bread, and pizzas to cakes, whole wheat flour plays a vital role in our day-to-day lives. Maida or all purpose flour is a widely used form of flour found in the Indian subcontinent. Wheat grain is finely milled, refined and chemically treated to form what is known as pure maida. This flour has a wide variety of uses and henceforth referred to as all purpose flour. There have been many debates and researches over the credibility of nutritional values in maida, and it has been found that eating lots of maida might be harmful for your health. If you consume maida products on a regular basis, here are some disadvantages you should always keep in mind.Read More Information :- https://vikrammills.com/
