I believe that Wrath is the final WoW chapter. My first toon was TBC, and I didn't even reach the maximum level until just a few weeks prior to WOW TBC Gold Wrath. Wrath was where I discovered my feet, was able to master raiding, and my character. It was an amazing expansion that brought me so many joy, and I can't anticipate seeing it again.
Story writing is at an all-time low, the main antagonist is boring, there are like 20 currencies active to track The content is very basic and mostly boring dailies, PVP is the only paid boost available now and every high-end achievement can be bought with WoW tokens as well. The world seems disjointed and empty
It was a huge task to level up and decide the best place to put my one talent point and what new spells to purchase. I remember coming back in an expansion later on and finding that the one agency I'd left in my character's development was where I could put my 1 talent every... 10, 15? 15 Levels. Each level was learned gradually and there was no rush to master the skills. It was a terrible thing. For me, anyway.
I'm not disagreeing with their logic on trying to buy WOW TBC Classic Gold change the tree of talent (too typical that most people just browsed for a building and then used it, and what they were saying was abilities like 1% increase damage to targets not being "exciting") however, they just changed them by adding a few options which... ended becoming cookie cutters and/or mandatory for the specs not feel terrible and even more restrictive.
