How to Fix QuickBooks Error 6190 ?

Question

I have been using QuickBooks Accounting for a long time now but recently I started to encounter different errors such as QuickBooks Error 6190 816, QuickBooks Error 6123 and when I searched the web it showed the error 6190 816 can occur due to the following reasons:

 
-The transaction log file does not contain the same information as the company file.

-The company file is attempted to access is only permitted to run in multi-user mode, rather than single-user mode.

-The data in the company's files have been severely harmed.

If someone knows how to fix then please do let me know.
