Spiral juicer has an important role in the food industry, can be used as a juice extraction tool, and the work efficiency is high. The design of the spiral juicer is reasonable, simple and convenient to use, and easy to maintain and clean. Let me talk about the composition and use characteristics of the spiral juicer. To get more news about stainless steel reactor , you can visit hlmachines.com official website.

The screw juicer feed hopper, screw shaft, filter screen, juice container, rear support, slag trough and other components, the left end of the spiral spindle is supported in the rolling bearing seat, the right end is supported in the hand wheel bearing seat, the motor passes a Operate the screw drive screw shaft. The screw shaft of the screw juicer rotates clockwise along the slag outlet direction, the bottom diameter gradually increases and the screw pitch gradually decreases. When the material is pushed by the screw shaft, the screw cavity gradually shrinks, thereby forming a squeeze on the material.

Fruits and vegetables are added to the hopper. Under the propelling and squeezing of the screw shaft, the squeezed juice flows into the bottom juice container through the filter screen, and the slag is formed by the spiral shaft and the tapered portion of the pressure head. When the gap is discharged, the pressure adjustment head can adjust the size of the gap to adjust the resistance of the slag discharge, which can change the slag output rate. The gap size of the pressure adjustment head should depend on the process requirements of the processed fruit and vegetable products.

Many families now make some fruit juices, etc. Many businesses also use juicers to make them.

Spiral Juicer The main component of this equipment is that the bottom diameter of the spiral gradually increases along the direction of the slag outlet and the pitch of the spiral gradually decreases. When the material is pushed by the spiral, due to the reduction of the volume of the spiral cavity, the material is pressed.

Nowadays, there are more and more types of fruit juices and wines, and they are more popular in the market, and are loved by many users, so the juicer has been widely used. Juicer is the extraction of juice water from vegetables and fruits to make different drinks for sale, which improves nutritional value and economic value, and is widely used in fruit wine and fruit juice industries.

Spiral juicer for squeezing juice from various skin residues, sea buckthorn fruit, broken ginger, bamboo shoots and other fruits and vegetables; dehydration of fermented rice bran lees, cassava residue after biogas fermentation; Gynostemma pentaphyllum, stevia, cabbage, uraca , Celery, Chinese medicine residue, chrysanthemum and other dehydration.

The spiral juicer has the characteristics of high strength, large bearing pressure, no deformation, no clogging, corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, no slippage, convenient maintenance, long service life, etc., and can be used with other food machinery for better results. Compared with other juice extraction equipment, spiral juicer has more advantages, and it can be used even in solid-liquid separation of materials in brewing, chemical, pharmaceutical, environmental protection and other industries.
Working principle and performance characteristics of belt juicer

Working principle of belt juicer
1. Pretreatment stage. The solid content of the original slurry is generally very low, and gravity sedimentation or other methods must be used to increase the slurry concentration to reduce processing costs. The commonly used pretreatment method is: the concentrated sludge is mixed with the polymer flocculant. Under the action of the flocculant, the fine particles coagulate into agglomerates and initially precipitate, which is the preparation condition for the sludge to be dehydrated on the machine.

2. Gravity dehydration stage. The sludge after flocculation pretreatment is added to the filter belt. Under the action of gravity, the free water outside the floc is filtered through the filter belt, which reduces the water content of the sludge.

3. Wedge pre-pressure dehydration stage. After gravity dewatering, the sludge begins to enter the wedge-shaped press section, the gap of the filter belt gradually narrows, and the squeezing and shearing effect is applied to the sludge to dehydrate the sludge again. After this stage, the sludge fluidity is almost completely lost, thus ensuring that the sludge will not be squeezed out in the press dewatering section under normal conditions.

4. Press dehydration stage. The sludge is repeatedly squeezed and sheared by a carefully designed press roll system to remove a large amount of capillary action water, which gradually reduces the sludge moisture and forms a sludge filter cake. At the separation of the re-selection filter belt, the filter cake is discharged The material scraper scrapes off. After unloading, the filter cloth is washed to enter the next cycle.
