Commonly adverse
Feeling dizzy. You are lying down or sitting, and then slowly rising for a brief time. Do not climb. It is possible to feel tired, blurred vision, or have difficulty thinking clearly. Until you are able to understand the effects of medication on your eyesight, avoid driving and engaging in other activities that require clear vision.
Headache. Itching. Itchy or bloated stomachs can occur. Good oral hygiene habits include eating small meals, chewing sugarless gum and sucking hard candy. Hard stool is caused by constipation. You can try drinking more fluids, exercising, and adding fiber to your diet. Your doctor may recommend stool softeners and laxatives.
Do not miss the dose
If you are able to remember to take the missed dose, then take it. If the missed dose falls within the time frame of the next dose, you may skip it. Do not take more than one dose at a time of Aspadol 100.

Monoamine oxide inhibitors, such as isocarboxazid and phenelzine (eg tranylcypromine, phenelzine) should be stopped at least 14 days before the medication can again be taken. Both could cause high blood pressure.

If you feel you have taken too much medication, you should immediately contact your poison control center. These symptoms are signs of a potentially dangerous reaction to the medication. Wheezing, chest tightness, itching, fever, severe headache, gray or blue skin color or seizures, swelling of the lips and throat, or the tongue are all signs of a dangerous reaction to the medication. Extremely severe dizziness, or even passing out. Trouble breathing. Ability to think clearly and use logic.
Major shift in balance. Inbalance can be characterized by agitation, stiffness, muscle stiffness, and twitching. Poor pain management. Seizures. It can cause stomach upsets or irritation.
