I really need some help over here, im new on this world about GPS an tracking, i work for a companie that has over 700 units all of them with GPS, our provider is Meitrack we have diferrent kind of devices but the MVT380 is the most, well im really lost here i have try everything i know but it has been imposible so i decide to ask to the experts. My problem is that almost the 50% of the devices is not sending info to the platform, some days they do other dont, i have check the plan of internet of each device and theres is not a problem... all the sim car has credit, i try to refresh the devices sending the command,
0000,f01 or 0000,f02, in somedevices i recive a reply for the device but in other cases dont... as u can see i am in troubles so any advice / tip.
