Gabapentin 100 mg  is prescribed to treat nerve pain, alcohol and cocaine withdrawals, restless leg syndrome, diabetic neuropathy, fibromyalgia, and seizures. It works by altering one’s calcium channels to reduce seizures and ease nerve pain. Some brand names of  Gabapentin 100 are Neurontin and Gralise.

It works by interfering with the central nervous system for nerve pain and migraine. Gabapentin  interacts with the neurotransmitters and accelerates the response of the immune system to calm down the brain. It blocks the pain by interfering with the chemical messengers of the brain. Thus, the patient feels relaxed.

Gabapentin 100mg is  primary use is to prevent or control seizures. It works by calming down nerve activity to reduce seizure intensity or occurrence.
