A Google Review is an evaluation of any company, product or service like books, tabs, laptops, music, movies and all other products and services available in Google application. It can be positive or negative. Reviews categories will be dependent on your service or product quality. If your service or quality is good then a mass possibility customers will give positive reviews but if your service or product quality is normal then the reviews can be negative.
