Product Name: Antifoam RK-8455S
RK-8455S is a silicone defoamer which is designed for paper industry black liquor washing slurry line control foam. Compared to traditional defoamer, it’s stable at black liquid system, and gel free which is good strong alkali, temperature, shear resistance. It has excellent defoaming and antifoaming effect at very low dosage. In addition, it improves the filter drainage by reducing air intake and foam.

Application Process
Added directly into foaming system by addition pump(Generally pressure or vacuum slurry washing machine). Recommended additive amount of per ton absolute dry pulp is 0.05-0.4kg.
Add water for dilution to control additive amount, but use it completely before 12 hours.
