These points cannot be spent on strength or prayer or some other assault stats and are redeemable back again. These defence points are inserted to OSRS gold the cape just and therefore are only usable in the mingame. Add some of your own ideas if your interested or fire it to pieces.
Greetings All, I've recently been considering RuneCrafting, and the occasional lack of various runes available on the open market. I've been thinking about a way to possibly use Noted Pure Essence rather than the conventional 28. . (yes, I'm intentionally ignoring pouches for simplicity sake)
As it now stands, his/her only options are to buy them in mass (costly, and there are times when certain runes are simply not available in bulk quantities ), or craft them him/herself (painfully time consuming).
My theory is that if a RuneCrafter of 70+ (for instance ) wishes to create mass quantities of runes s/he may use Noted character at a cost of 3 for two (3 essence per two runes) The various Multiple limits would NOT apply, like the 2x Air at lvl 11 etc.. Any Noted crafting could have this regular 3 for two price.
Furthermore, there would be absolutely NO experience benefit from Noted character! Obviously, the option to buy RuneScape gold craft runes the old (current) way would nevertheless remain as is.
