Pelleting is a process to press finely pulverized material into firm mass of a required shape and size by extruding it through a metallic ring die. The raw material is delivered into the Pellet Machine through a conveyor and then conveyed into a rotating ring die by a feeder. Finely pulverized material will be pressed into ring die through two rotating press rollers. The resulting pressure compresses the material and extrudes it through the holes in the die.
