How to determine the quality of aluminum-plastic composite cover?
1. Check the gap between the plastic parts and the aluminum parts: use mechanical equipment to rive the bottle caps into a type, heat and pressurize at the same time, the plastic parts and the aluminum parts are tightly combined, and there is no gap. The manual riveting cannot apply pressure, resulting in a large gap between the aluminum cover and the plastic cover, which can be shaken up and down.
2. Check whether the aluminum cover is deformed: whether the edge of the aluminum cover is neat, whether the height of the aluminum cover meets the packaging requirements and oxidation treatment (or coating treatment), etc. The roundness of the aluminum cover directly affects the normal operation of the capping machine. The matching gap between the inner diameter of the aluminum cap and the outer diameter of the bottle mouth should not be too large, otherwise wrinkles will appear during sealing.
