Anyone thinks that the main PCB that only exists inside computers, laptops, etc. is normal. However, PCBs can also be found in other electronic devices. Rogers PCB is a more commonly used PCB, TVs, monitors, digital cameras, mobile phones are other examples, among which this excellent circuit board plays an important role in the smooth operation of the device.

Uses of Rogers printed circuit boards
In addition to the above-mentioned equipment, PCBs in the form of cavity PCBs, BT PCBs or Rogers PCBs have also been found in medical equipment, which are used in lighting, industrial machinery, national defense, automotive and aerospace industries. Therefore, it is obvious that the PCB may be the most important component in the electronic equipment used in the above-mentioned industries.

The discovery of this component led to major changes in the way electronic devices are manufactured. In the early days, the equipment was bulky and more functions were added, so the equipment became heavier. There are too many wires involved and portability is an issue.

PCB has changed all of this. Now, you can make the PCB board support all the wiring of the device as connection traces. The result is that devices become smaller and smaller, they can have more functions, and costs are reduced. Moreover, portability is no longer an issue. Some of the most complex laptops have a PCB to run the device. When you turn on the laptop, you will see a maze of wiring connections on the PCB, except for the many diodes, resistors, etc. that power the device.

For example, in the medical field, Rogers PCB and BT PCB make medical evaluation and test equipment manufacturing very convenient. Today, you have the best pacemaker, scanner and X-ray equipment with the densest PCB architecture. This not only reduces the size of such devices, but also makes them very affordable and easy to use. Single-layer and multi-layer main PCB-Roger PCB
For simple devices, a single-layer PCB is sufficient. As the complexity increases, multilayer PCBs become necessary. High-power computer graphics cards and motherboards are examples of PCBs that can have up to 12 layers.

A single-layer PCB has a single-layer substrate and is coated with copper on one side. The metal is used due to its excellent electrical conductivity. The protective solder mask is placed on the copper-based plating layer. A single layer is easy to manufacture because all components are usually welded on one side.

A two-layer PCB has a base layer on both sides of the board, and then holes are drilled to connect the circuit to the circuit on the other side. Wires pass through these holes to make connections.

Another way to achieve circuit connection is through surface mounting of the circuit board. Here, the wires are not connectors, but many small-sized leads are directly soldered to the board, so the board becomes the wiring surface. On such a board, the circuit can be completed without taking up more space, and there is still space on the board to allow more functions, which can make the device transmit at a higher speed and become lighter.

Double-sided PCBs are used for power supplies, LED lighting, car dashboards, vending machines, etc.

When entering multilayer PCBs, they are composed of more than 3 double-layer PCBs. Then, a special glue is used to fix the PCB boards together. The glue is sandwiched between the insulating sheets so that the heat generated during the operation of the equipment will not eventually melt the components. The size of a multi-layer PCB may be between 3 and 12 layers, with the largest being 50 layers.

The more layers, the higher the complexity of the equipment. Such boards are used in file servers for GPS technology, weather analysis, satellite systems, complex medical equipment, etc.
