FR4 Isola 370hr PCB is a PCB made of high performance 180 ° C glass transition temperature (TG) FR-4 system, which is suitable for multilayer printed circuit board (PWB) applications requiring maximum thermal performance and reliability. The 370hr laminate and prepreg products are made from a unique high-performance multifunctional epoxy resin reinforced with electronic grade (E-glass) glass fiber fabric.

Compared with the traditional FR-4, the system provides improved thermal performance and lower expansion rate, while maintaining the processability of FR-4. In addition to this superior thermal performance, its mechanical, chemical and moisture resistance are equal to or better than the traditional FR-4 materials.

The 370hr system also has laser fluorescence and UV blocking functions, which can achieve maximum compatibility with automatic optical inspection (AOI) system, optical positioning system and optical imaging solder mask imaging. 370hr has been proved to be the best product design in the field of sequential bonding.
