AIIMS (All India Institute of Medical Sciences) is one of the premier medical institutes in India. It carries within its fold nine medical institutions located across different cities of India. It is an autonomous body formed under the Parliamentary Act of 1956. Till 2019, All India Institutes of Medical Sciences, New Delhi used to conduct AIIMS MBBS Entrance Exam for admission in the MBBS program offered by all 9 AIIMS (New Delhi, Bhopal, Jodhpur, Rishikesh, Bhubaneswar, Guntur, Nagpur, Patna, and Raipur).
