Introduction to the advantages and production process of TPU composite fabric:

TPU composite fabric and PTFE composite fabric are a new type of material made by bonding one or more layers of textile materials, non-woven materials and other functional materials.

TPU composite fabrics and PTFE composite fabrics are divided into ordinary composite fabrics (fabrics and linings are bonded through a binder to improve the texture of the fabric, suitable for process simplification and mass production of garment processing) and functional composite fabrics (composite The fabric has special functions such as waterproof and moisture permeability, radiation resistance, washing resistance, and abrasion resistance).

TPU composite fabric is actually equivalent to using TPU film attached to various fabrics as a composite material, and then combining the functions of the two to produce a new type of fabric.

Advantages of TPU composite fabric:

1. Strong flexibility

2. Strong toughness

3. High wear resistance

4. High cold resistance

5. Environmentally friendly and non-toxic

There are two production processes for TPU composite fabrics:

1. Post-attachment: first make a TPU film and then glue it with the fabric,

2. On-line lamination: Put glue on the fabric or directly without glue, and flow the TPU onto the lamination fabric to make TPU lamination fabric or mesh fabric.
