And most of the time, you're going to see these cancers right next to nipple. We'll get to that in a minute. But what else do we want to look for if we see something ugly in the male breast? So just like a female, we want to look for satellite nodules. Are there other nodules present near it? We want to evaluate the lymph nodes. Are there any abnormal lymph nodes in the axilla? And then we want to evaluate the relationship of this mass to the surrounding structures. For men, you're almost always going to have it be behind the nipple or have a connection to the nippl
