Personally, I expect the second God Wars dungeon isn't like the one in 07 scape where it's the same concept, but in the wilderness. I wasn't talking about OSRS gold the first God Wars Dungeon however, the authentic second Gielinorian (or only the main God Wars) God Wars where the Zaros faction was included despite Zaros' lack due to getting lost all his power and with no human body as you mentioned. I was replying"What other gods were included? (from the main God Wars)" Sobend's question. It does not have to become a God Wars dungeon about past God Wars by the way, maybe they are just going to make a dungeon for your existing God Wars.

Could even be related to the Tuska world event, from what I gathered from it it seems to me it will be the main world event so far and may even last considerably more than the preceding two. They even cite"there is likely to be some enormous, long lasting effects to the planet" which could very well mean they will change regions of the landscape and include fresh battlegrounds/dungeons.
