Bridge saw machine structure and work table made of hot galvanized dipped electro-welded steel that guarantees high water resistance. X / Y / Z axis movements on slideways with ball-bearing guide blocks protected by bellows. Cutting head rotation from 0°to 360°, Cutting tilting head from 0° to 90° with handweel. Panel control screen with easy to use interface. The optional tilting work table with hydraulic pump, promotes slab loading, speeding up the production process.

This machine is a 3 axis bridge saw with automatic tilting 0° to 90°
The IKCNC machines do the same job and more of a traditional bridge saw with only 25% of the energy.
They are 30% the size of a traditional bridge saw, but keep or exceed the same working area;
The X axis of the IKCNC machine is moved by two motors in gantry, that home independently, assuring a perfect square every time;
The hydraulic table tilts to 85 degrees allowing easy loading of the slabs to cut.
The user interface facilitates the interaction between operator and machine, it’s easy to setup simple cuts (linear) and cut any complex shape (rectangles, ovals, arcs etc.) imported from CAD.
