How to Select Reducer

Torque calculation:
Torque calculation is very important for the life of the reducer and attention should be paid to whether the maximum torque value (TP) of acceleration exceeds the maximum load torque of the reducer.
Selection of reducer model and precautions:
The applicable power is usually the applicable power of the servo type on the market. The applicability of the reducer is very high and the working coefficient can be maintained above 1.2. However, the selection can also be determined according to its own needs:
There are two main points:
A. The output shaft diameter of the selected servo motor must not be greater than the maximum used shaft diameter on the table.
B. If the torque calculation works, the speed can satisfy the normal operation, but in case of deficiencies in the full servo output, it is necessary that we can limit the current of the drive on the motor side, or protect the torque on the mechanical shaft.
