up the articular surface Cialix  of the copper row so the proximal carpal row you can see that one on the left hand side that's clearly disrupted there's a step there between the scaphoid and the lunate and and then those lines coming into the mid corpus and into the distal carpal right any break in that nice curvature or a line is an indication that something's not quite right and the picture in the middle is one of the ones where we would not infrequently see that list and that's a Transco poipet lunate and the lunate has popped out onto the lower surface of the of the carpus there they need to be treated in a very short time frame to prevent median nerve injury and to prevent a non red
