When it comes to genetics I have Ketogenasis Review heard all the old excuses, including slow metabolism, 'big bones' and an underactive thyroid. In fact, only around one per cent of people have a fault in their DNA - a hormone, glandular or chromosomal disorder that results in an abnormally functioning metabolism. So lets be honest being overweight is more about bad eating habits, incorrect lifestyle choices, and learned behaviour. If you're overweight, there is a good chance that your parents are, too but this is not genetic - it's far more likely that you have inherited their eating habits and lifestyle.

Don't get me wrong genes do have a certain influence on your figure. If you are for example what body shape scientists call 'endomorph' then you are more prone to collecting weight around the abdomen. However this doesn't mean you are going to be overweight you just have to avoid certain foods and be more active. Remember that being overweight is about what you eat and burning too little energy not the DNA that made you.

I know many people who can't see, to lose tummy fat but swear they are eating a healthy diet. The problem is that yes they are eating healthy foods most of the time its just that they underestimate what they are actually eating. I mean how many times have you had a few sneaky biscuits with a morning coffee, a cheeky ice cream out with the kids or a few glasses of wine downed watching a movie at the weekend that you forgot all about? The points I will go through here are deeply related to your health, overall body function and metabolism so don't be surprised if you have more energy and feel better as well!
