All the default race / sex combination characters have names and are kind of NPCs that could sometimes pop up in miniature scenes, even if only in PSO2 Meseta some thing like the short communicator window that you see through a daily craft.Nostalgia strikes pretty hard here, have not played Ep 1 since 4 years ago since nearly all of my thoughts on the story is from Episode 5 and 6 because they're relatively new.
It is certainly off to a fantastic start, I love it! Love it seems to be serious with deaths all around and Darkers are actually a threat, whereas you hear this on NPC dialogues on Phantasy Star Online 2. For the majority of the part Darkers are just mooks that we farm of the time in sport lmao. Do not wait to meet characters that are notable.
Ironically as it's the fighter weapon before lmao for it to be re-balanced. On another note, fairly jarring on the subs with the renames though. More when the sound clearly said lol and darkers. The Arks Ship is around 70km long and can be self while the Mother boat is a 500km long sustaining. All finish with an island-like city which has completely simulated Sky and Weather via the large dome of it because you can see around the boat about the arcade with those domes. Additionally they have shutters in case something nasty (e.g. an attack) is occurring outdoors.
Since the way the matter board functioned was you would get cutscenes by discovering NPCs in the field and speaking to them (with the trouble of buy Phantasy Star Online 2 Meseta whether they were really there or not being completely random) together with the matter board directing you to where you needed to go to find people.
