I made it through the fourteen days and lost Trim 14 Review  sixteen pounds. That isn't to say it wasn't a case of no pain, no gain. The thing I found with the juice fast was there were two really difficult points. The first should be obvious. It is when you start the fast. You go from eating solid food to none whatsoever. You should gradually cut down on your solid food intake before starting the fast, but even that doesn't make up for the first two days when you feel really hungry.

The thing I found was that the more I focused on my hunger, the more I realized I wasn't hungry so much as missing that "full feel" that you get after a meal. Once I adjusted for this mentally, the juice fast was simple to get through. The second difficult point was the end of the fast. There were two problems. The first was I started thinking about all the things I was looking forward to eating. This is really the wrong approach as you are going to cancel out any benefits of the fast if you start mowing down junk food and such. Second, it can also be very unhealthy for you.

The problem is your system hasn't had any solid food for two weeks. Your intestines and what not are empty and key enzymes are missing. As a result, you must come off your fast very carefully or you'll damage them. This means starting with food that is going to be easy to digest and will move through your body quickly. Then you can start working up to regular food. You will also need to pound water like mad to make sure everything is moving like it should.
