Choosing the lifestyle change route will be BP Zone Review  hard, make no mistake about it. Losing weight is hard but it can be done. Changing your lifestyle will take a great deal of commitment and perseverance. Setting aside a regular time for exercise takes discipline. Giving up bad habits like smoking can seem like a mountain just too high to climb but you have to decide what you really want. It has to be worth it for you and after all who wouldn't want to live longer? You want to see your kids married don't you, what about grandchildren?

One of the most fantastic things you can experience is being a grandparent. Will you be around to see them and if you are will you have enough energy to play with them? The choice is yours. Before you get on with thinking medication must be the easier choice think on these things. Your doctor is likely to put you on at least 3 different medications to control your blood pressure. All have side effects of one kind or another and to varying degrees.

One of the worrying side effects if you happen to be a man may be impotency depending on the type of drug and dosage given. And even if you don't suffer from full scale impotency it is highly likely you will experience diminished performance. Worth thinking about. Those to put it in a nutshell are your 2 choices, give the natural route a try out and a damned good one at that or medication. If the natural route does not work out you can always turn to medication. It is unlikely however you would be able to do that the other way round.
