I don't know if he's smart or not, that is just something his trainers understand and NFL execs can evaluate during the draft procedure *Also did not find any highlights of him in open area versus the conduct or in policy so can't actually say, but as much as a pass rusher, he's as good as I've ever observed at the faculty level. They try to cheese Jackson and while he can break once in a while, he can be included which causes people to stop because they don't have any other strategy to go to. 5/10 games are ravens and the other 5 are Pats, seahawks, 49ers, cowboys or chiefs with Houston being in there.
