Yet Government Agencies, food  Cardio Clear 7 Review companies and the media continue to warn against "fat and cholesterol in the diet". And, in so doing, instead of addressing the cause of the problem (dietary deficiencies) they're merely treating a symptom (the excessive build-up of cholesterol) with drugs and the complete elimination of some of the most essential nutrients for our continued health and well-being.We had moved home and my husband was working away from home and in a much warmer climate. He was not settling into the new state very well. Not only was the climate much hotter than he was used to, he missed his roots. Some do not take change quite so easily.

For three weekends, when my husband came home, (this was some months after our move), he said that he felt weird. He said he felt as if his chest was in his throat. He just didn't know how to describe it. He was not in pain, yet at a loss to describe how he felt. I urged him to take the Monday off each time and to visit a doctor and get a chest x-ray done.Needless to say, my husband did not think it was necessary. After the third weekend, I got a call on the Monday afternoon to say that it was suspected my husband had suffered a heart attack and was on the way to hospital. He was 5 hours away from us. It is very hard to describe what I felt in those next few hours. Would I see him again, would he survive?

I had some running around to do once I picked up the kids from school, so I kept busy until I heard for sure what was going on. Once home, I rang the hospital to find out that my husband was critically ill and being airlifted to a major hospital.I arranged care for the children and some friends drove with me the 3 hours to meet him there. I could not find him in the ward, only to be told he was in his own room. I found him tied up to all sorts of equipment. To my surprise, he looked fine, he was even complaining he was not allowed to sit up or move around. I was telling him, he did not even look ill, when the specialist came in and told me, my husband was critically ill and lucky to be alive.
