We use CAD, Pro-E, UG and other advanced software to design this heavy plastic case mold. Through processing technique such as CNC/EDM, qualify P20 die steel is used as raw material to give the workpiece excellent synthesized mechanical properties and improve the hardness by means of quenching and high-temperature tempering in the middle term; in the late period, nitriding is done (as nitriding is characterized by low temperature and small deformation, we can have very high surface hardness and abrasion resistance without quenching). With new circulating water cooling system, the defects in the cooling system of common mold are solved and the cooling time is minimized, so that the heavy plastic case mold is finally manufactured which is characterized by small abrasion, short period, high precision and long service life.
